* Free delivery Australia wide include delivery to WA Perth only & NT Darwin only. Loft Reserves the right to not deliver to areas or locations too remote that couriers and transports fees become too high. You are welcome to call us on a personal level to discuss delivery options. NO VIP service will be granted with FREE DELIVERY. All deliveries are with our standard delivery service.

How long will it take to be delivered?

From the date of purchase if  'Stock Available' shows up then the items will leave our warehouse within 5 working days.

What delivery options are available?

1. Standard delivery service. 4 hour window of delivery. (1-5pm Monday to Friday). It is a standard delivery service by a national courier company. It includes one driver to your door. In the case of large items, entering apartments, stair or difficult trolley access you will need to have someone on hand to assist. Specify the time and day you prefer delivery in the order delivery notes or call us. Early morning (before work) is not possible due to the unpredictable traffic conditions. We suggest afternoon (1pm-5pm).

2. VIP delivery service Sydney Metro only: 2 delivery men and a two-hour delivery window. This service is suggested for large item(s), difficult access (stairs, security buildings) or when your work schedule does not allow for long time windows for delivery. Call us on 02 9365 0454 to organise this service.

How much does delivery cost?

Standard delivery service for NEW SOUTH WALES is charged at 10% of the RRP.

Standard delivery service or SOUTH AUSTRALIA is charged at 15% of tthe RRP.

Standard delivery service or WESTERN AUSTRALIA is charged at 20% of thet he RRP.

VIP delivery service for NSWS is 10% of the total cost of your order + an additional $50 surcharge.

VIP delivery service for QLD, WA, SA  is the standard delivery plus an additional $50 surcharge.

There is minimum delivery / picking charge of $20 regardless on the price.

Can I pick the goods up to avoid delivery charges or for convenience?

You can pick up your goods from our warehouse every Wednesday from 10am-4pm, 29 Production Ave, Kogarah 2214 NSW. Please call in advance to arrange a pick up time so the items are ready for loading. Call 02 9365 0454.

How are the goods packed?

Each product is box packed to withstand standard handling.

What if the goods are damaged in transit?

We will arrange to have them picked up and replaced. Please email a picture of the damage and put the product back into its original box packaging. You will be called and notified of the pick up time.

Will I have a delivery tracking number?

A delivery tracking number will be emailed when the payment transaction is complete.

Whats is the purchase process?

Confirm order, including any special delivery requirements. Once items have been dispatched we will forward you a tracking number and tracking website.

Pick ups: Items can also be picked up from our Kogarah warehouse on Wednesdays between 10am-4pm.

Do items need to be assembled?

Some products such a dining tables and benches are flat packed and require the legs to be fitted. The majority are already assembeld. Call us if you are unsure.
